Systems of production supervision - monitoring and production counting
System enables storing and analyzing of data of production efficiency of complete production line (starting from blower and finishing on pallet wrapping machine) packing in PET packages. Based on collected data we can precisely specify production loses on particular stages of technological draw. Data subjected to informatics processing show the whole process of production. On their basis we can easily determine processes efficiency, the real use of production possibilities, mistakes of service and management teams and they enable the precise scheduled production with supply diagrams.
System enables specification of places of damages and defects. Such information can be helpful in undertaking necessary repairs, in planning of preventive surveys, rebuilt, overhaul of the whole machine or claim of elements used in production. Such actions will keep the line in full technological efficiency, will extend the life of the whole installation and limit loses resulting from "not observed in time" damage. The precise determination of average efficiency of line will enable programming the future production, selection of proper production raw materials supplier, elimination of operators and production management mistakes.
The next advantage of system is identification of production diagrams and people engaged by specific production. Identification is based on information written down by operators. All stops of line are commented by service team as a general rule from the list of possible reasons.
The system is prepared for full communication with plant system of production supervision and it is legible for SQL database. The data with analysis can be sent via electronic way to superior unit, where they can be analyzed.
For easier service the system can be equipped with operator panel. The working station enables analyzing, reports generation, making printouts. The data analysis is very easy. It can be carried out by the help of generally available programs, e.g. Excel. The visualization and storing on each device is based on renowned tools of visualization and steering of industry processes: Citect - SCADA, RSView32, Infilink, etc.
Our systems work completely without interfering with existing devices, they do not have closed structure, so it is connected with possibility of development and staging of realization, e.g. little steering with simple operator panel -> connection of few devices to big operator panel with full visualization and storing -> connection to superior computer, the full visualization of the whole plant, transmission of data into plant net -> system of production supervision ->SAP.
