Pasteurizes
MAGMA pasteurizers, both new constructions and back fits of existing sets, fulfil European Union Directive 92/46/EEC dated 16th of July 1992, pasteurizers fulfil requirements of HACCP health safety system, they can be used for export manufacturing, safety level of parameters control and data acquisition are in accordance with norms ISO 9000. MAGMA pasteurizes are certified by IMS in Warsaw and fulfil Technical Criteria KT-2002-IMS-IBMER-02.
The following innovative solutions are used in steering set:
* automatic check and record of discharge valve open, * flow set designed without necessity of washing and asepsis after lost and repeated gain of thermal efficiency. * full control of washing process CIP (automatic washing agents metering, control of strength, temperature, flow and time) * thermal asepsis of set with centrifuge and degasifier protection, * full flexibility of set configuration ( with centrifuge, without centrifuge, with degasifier or without, short lagooner or long, necessity of variable capacity e.g. cream pasteurizer or mating with pourer ), * mating with external devices, supplying and receive tanks (control of valve position, displaying and register of level and temperature in tanks) * possibility of programming few manufacturing recipes (temperature, lagooning of time) * constant register and acquisition of device parameters: differences in pressure in all sections of pasteurizer, pasteurization temperature, separation temperature, degasifying, exit temperature, moment flow, washing agent�s strength. * calculated flow of product enables easy determination of lagooning time and precise specification of quantity of worked product, which allows the scheduled manufacturing.
System can generate report printout at the end of shift (date, washing start hour, of asepsis, manufacturing, operator surname, changes of settings, history of emergency alarms, quantity of machined product)
The automatics of our pasteurizers is based on Allen Bradley operator controllers and panels, the world's leader in manufacturing of high quality and reliability automatics systems, thanks to special construction of working memory there is no risk of system hang-up or lost of valuable data of the user.
